    What does a typical class look like?

    60 minute sessions include:

    • A full-body warm up/ check in

    • Movement drills relevant to the parkour skills we will cover in that session

    • Parkour skill breakdown and progression

    • Movement games to reinforce learning

    • Light conditioning for strengthening our bodies
