Truly wonderful. My daughters LOVED the class, they already can’t wait for their next session. The trainers are extremely professional and very nice they took their time assisting each one of them to perfect her moves. Such a Lovely atmosphere, dynamic, fun and professional.

The instructor Mike is amazing. He pays attention to everyone in the class and differentiates for different skill levels. He clearly loves what he does - the drills are great. I want to learn how to flip and this feels like a space where I could do that!

Safely Learn Risky Movements
“Mom, watch this!” - These are words that strike fear into the hearts of many parents.
Some kids are drawn to big, dynamic, and ‘risky’ movements. We have decades of collective experience with that and our best recommendation is to make sure they learn:
Strong risk assessment and situational awareness
Proper technique for the moves they’re interested in learning
How to fall safely
To value incremental progression
When you’re working with experienced coaches, training parkour and acrobatics is actually safer than many traditional sports*. Plus, kids get to bring their risk assessment skills home with them so proper training keeps them safer in the gym AND on the playground.
*According to our records of 5922 hours of practice last spring, we have an average injury rate of 0.509 per 1000 hours of practice - below tennis (4.36), soccer (7.21), volleyball (2.64), and judo (4.82).
We are strongly committed to providing people of all ages, backgrounds, body types, and income levels with tools to make movement accessible and fun. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds or physical ability.

It's a positive environment and coaches are great. They are strict with safety, the program can be challenging, but it is always fun and caring. My kids love going to any of the classes/camps they offer.

My daughter LOVED the class. She loves being active. She’s a gymnastics novice and they really worked with her to teach her new moves.
