Welcome to our Parkour Adventure program! We’re looking forward to jumping, vaulting, climbing, and exploring with your child this semester. Starting a brand new after school program can be a bit of a transition, so we’ve compiled this list of resources to help answer some of our most frequently asked questions.
Before the start of your program, you will receive an email from us with key information.
As always, feel free to reach out directly if you need any additional help.
Common Questions:
What is your coach:student ratio? - We typically aim for 1:<average age of students>. So, for example, if the average age of our students is 7, we would have 2 coaches for a group of 14.
How do I pick up/drop off? - Pick up and drop off locations will be sent to you in your welcome email. If you’re running late, please let your coach know so they can let you know if the group moved.
What if my partner/guardian/nanny picks up? - Please email info@themovementcreative.com if you would like to authorize someone other than you to pick up your child.
Do you provide food/snacks? - The Movement Creative does not provide any food or snacks to students. Please pack a nut-free snack and a water bottle for your child.
Do you cancel for rain/snow? - We are weatherproof! This means we will run classes rain or shine. However, in the event of a weather warning (e.g., flash flood, severe thunderstorms, hurricanes), we will notify you via phone about a cancellation or early pick up. Here is our full Cancellation Policy. Please be sure your child is prepared for wet weather by using our Rain Day Guide. When the winter months come, you can use this Cold Weather Guide for some gear recommendations to stay warm.
Do you offer refunds? - In an effort to maintain job security for our coaching team throughout the year, we do not offer refunds.
