Footwear:

  • Choose lightweight, rubber-soled running or cross-training shoes.

  • Shoes you can comfortably sprint in with a thin sole are best. - STRIKE MVMNT makes a great pair.

  • Avoid dress shoes, open-toed sandals, or loose footwear like Crocs.

What to Bring:

  • Bring a reusable water bottle.

  • Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty

  • For indoor classes, bring indoor shoes or grippy socks.

Running Late or Canceling:

  • Keep an eye on your email for a  confirmation- this will include coach contact information.

  • Text your coach if you're running late.

  • For last minute cancellations, call/text 917-946-1881

Fitness Level:

  • Parkour is for all fitness levels.

  • Coaches break down movements with progressions based on skill.

  • Training begins at ground-level, and coaches will safely guide you through challenges.

  • We'll meet you where you are on your parkour journey.

  • Stick around for 10-15 minutes after class to ask questions and get suggestions from the coach.
