Footwear:
Choose lightweight, rubber-soled running or cross-training shoes.
Shoes you can comfortably sprint in with a thin sole are best. - STRIKE MVMNT makes a great pair.
Avoid dress shoes, open-toed sandals, or loose footwear like Crocs.
What to Bring:
Bring a reusable water bottle.
Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
For indoor classes, bring indoor shoes or grippy socks.

Text your coach if you're running late.

Fitness Level:
Parkour is for all fitness levels.
Coaches break down movements with progressions based on skill.
Training begins at ground-level, and coaches will safely guide you through challenges.
We'll meet you where you are on your parkour journey.
Stick around for 10-15 minutes after class to ask questions and get suggestions from the coach.
