Mondays and Wednesdays: 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Our very popular Youth Acro Basics meets Mondays and Wednesdays with Coaches Henry and Mike respectively. Students learn all the techniques for front, back, and side flips, as well as inversion work such as cartwheels and handstands - all done safely with crash mats and our other acrobatic equipment. Both days are followed by Youth Open Gym 6:30-7:30 where kids can hang out, practice new skills, and get 1:1 time with the coach (Open Gym-Mondays or Open Gym-Wednesdays).

On Mondays, come learn how to move over obstacles using our soft equipment at Indoor Parkour with Coach Helaman. Wednesdays, practice mobility and gentle strength work at Strength, Stretch, + Recovery with Coach Cristina. Thursdays, level-up with Coach Mike in Acro Basics for practice with coordination, spatial awareness, and inversion (and if you want to learn how to flip, that’s how to begin!). We also have Open Gym on Mondays and Thursdays 7:30-9:00 p.m. so you can stay after class and practice new skills, work 1:1 with a coach, or just relax and stretch out.
