Each session is a combination of these three elements:

🧠 = Mental (movement philosophy, motivations)
💪 = Physical (body conditioning, technical challenges)
💕 = Social (group games, training together)

All sessions/coaches have 10 points to distribute among the three in order to represent a percentage. Some may favor one specific element while others may be more balanced. You can use this as a guide to figure out which class is best for you.
