Etre Utile: To be useful.  We want our sessions and our practice to support our movement and our lives.

Etre Fort: To be strong.  We want to be capable of overcoming whatever’s in our path.

Etre Durer: To last.  We want our bodies and our movement practice to last throughout our whole lives.
