Henry Blue has been training and coaching parkour since 2009. He was the Supervisor of the parkour program at Camp Woodward for 3 years, where he taught hundreds of students. Henry works progressively to help students achieve their movement goals and often uses iPhone slow-motion to film movements in order to examine technique. He has a strong understanding of injury prevention, acrobatics/tricking, and spotting. Henry has experience coaching all ages.
