The Movement Creative in partnership with Cocoon

Thank you so much for attending the opening event at Cocoon! If you’re reading this, it means you scanned the QR code on our card and want to learn more about us. We are The Movement Creative, and we will be offering movement exploration and parkour sessions for Cocoon members. We also designed and built the wooden playground inside and seating area outside Cocoon specifically for movement and play.

To give you a taste of what we offer, we put together a handful of beginner-friendly challenges that are appropriate for all ages. These movements can be done anywhere and with minimal (or no) equipment. We hope you enjoy these teaser challenges, and we look forward to moving with you at Cocoon!
